Tamannah Bhatia is an Indian actress and model who has acted in Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam and Hindi films. She made her acting debut with the Telugu film Prema Kavali in 2002.
Tamannah Bhatia was born on 2nd October 1982 to a Hindu family in Mumbai, Maharashtra. Her father was an officer of the Merchant Navy and her mother was a housewife. Tamannah started her career as a model at the age of 16 and later joined the Miss India beauty pageant in 2000 where she won Miss Photogenic award.
Career
She made her acting debut with the Telugu film Prema Kavali in 2002 which was followed by other films like Chandamama, Tumharah and Pournami Giraftar.

Tamannah has also acted in a number of commercially successful Tamil films including Pazhani (2008), Siva Manasula Sakthi (2009), Kanda Naal Mudhal (2010) and Vennila Kabadi Kuzhu (2011).

Tamannah Bhatia was born on July 16, 1983, to a Sikh family in New Delhi, India. She completed her schooling from Delhi Public School and went on to complete her graduation from Sri Ram College of Commerce.
She then pursued a career in acting and started by playing the lead role of Radha Kishan Thakur in Kahaani Ghar Ghar Ki on Zee TV. From there she has played many different roles including that of Gunjan Saxena in Kasam.
